    → The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping and handling charges.

2. When Saymiox.com Pays Return Shipping

  • If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect,
    → Saymiox.com will cover the shipping cost, and the customer will receive a full refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

🔹 Warranty Policy

Some products sold on Saymiox.com come with a warranty. Please check the product page for warranty availability before purchase.

1. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty, customers must email support@saymiox.com with:

  • Clear images of the product showing the issue.
  • A copy of the original invoice.
  • A photo of the original product box (manufacturer’s box in which the product was supplied).

⚠️ Customers must keep the invoice and original product box safely until the warranty period ends.

2. Warranty Terms

  • Warranty is valid only for products that mention warranty on their product page.
  • Warranty is applicable for one-time replacement only during the warranty period.
  • Replacement will be for the same product or a similar product (if the original is unavailable).

3. Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)

  • Physical damage to the product.
  • Damage due to mishandling, improper installation, modifications, or human error.
  • Missing original product box or invoice.
  • Warranty claims made after the warranty period has expired.

4. Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • Customers must ship the defective product to the service address (details will be shared during the claim process).
  • If the claim is valid, Saymiox.com will cover replacement shipping.
  • If the claim is invalid, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
