We currently ship all over India. Delivery availability depends on the serviceable pin codes provided by our courier partners.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other locations: 5–7 business days
- Delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier partner details.
- You can track your order status directly through our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.
6. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and packaging requirements.
7. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
